*シギショアラ  Sighisiara [#a7cf846f]
-ブカレストの北西約300km、ブラショフから約120km、トランシルヴァニア地方の中心に位置する町。~
-丘に広がる家々の赤い屋根や石畳の道など、ルーマニア国内で最も中世の雰囲気を感じる素朴な町並みは「トランシルヴァニアの宝石」と呼ばれる。~
-1191年ハンガリー王の命でザクセン人が入植してから始まった町は、15〜16世紀の最盛期には城塞都市となった。~
-小さな町なので見どころは散策しながら歩いて回ることができる。~
-1999年シギショアラ歴史地区として世界遺産に登録されている。~
-近郊のビエルタンには、世界遺産に登録された要塞教会がある。~

-プラド・ドラキュラの生家（ヴラド公生家）　Casa LUI Vlad Dracul~
時計塔の下にある黄色い建物。ヴラド・ドラクルがハンガリー王によって1431年から４年間幽閉されていた家。~
その息子ヴラド・ツェペッシュの生家でもあり、ヴラド公が小説になったドラキュラ伯爵のモデルとされている。~
現在はレストランバーとして営業されている。~
-時計塔　Turnul cu Ceas~
町のシンボルとなっていて、現在も機械仕掛けにより時を刻むからくり時計がある塔。~
14世紀、シギショアラが商工ギルドによる自治都市となった記念に建てられた。~
最上階から中世の趣きにあふれる市街の眺めが楽しめる。~
内部は歴史博物館 Muzeul de Istorie として公開され、ローマ時代前からのこの地方や町にまつわる貴重な資料が展示されている。~
-中世武器博物館　Colectia de Arme Medievala~
中世に使われた大砲や槍などの武器が展示されている博物館。~
家系図をはじめとしたヴラド公にまつわる資料も収蔵されている。~
-山上教会　Biserica din Deal~
14世紀に建てられた教会。~
内部には壁画が残されている。~
丘の上にあり、教会までは木造の屋根付き階段を上っていく。(TA)~
