**日本レストラン [#r1b773c0]
フランスの日本レストラン
フランスにはいろいろな日本食なるものがあり、日本人には、「これが日本食」と疑いたくなるようなメニューも少なくない。往年、日本が好景気に沸くころにはたくさんの日本人ビジネスマンがパリをはじめフランス各地に駐在していたが、その頃に日本レストランは本当の日本の味を提供してくれる店が多かった。その後、景気の後退に伴って店が次々と外国人の手に渡り、看板は昔のままだが内容はすっかりアジアティックなものとなってしまった店も少なくない。折しも日本食ブームが始まり、おかしな日本語の看板が次々にお目見えするようになってきた。フランス人の中には昔から日本食を真に愛する人たちが多く、一体どこで本当の日本食の味に出合えるのかと当惑するようになってきていた。
2007年にJETROの中に「日本食レストラン価値向上委員会」ができて、現在の日本人が食しているオーセンティックな日本食を提供できるレストランを選定するにいたった。
